According to the present invention, a strobe signal interval detection circuit is formed to generate a periodic signal with a setting period. The setting period includes: an oscillator determined by a delay time of a delay circuit for modeling a path that a strobe signal is transmitted until a data latch; and a counter for generating a value that counts the periodic signal as strobe interval information. |
