A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a camera capable of adaptive output signal adjustment including: a signal processing unit processing an image signal output from an image sensor; a serialization unit serializing a signal output from the signal processing unit; a driving unit driving a signal output from the serialization unit; a detection unit detecting an electric signal of a cable connected to the driving unit; and a control unit adjusting an electric signal output from the driving unit by controlling an operation of the signal processing unit or the driving unit by using the electric signal detected by the detection unit. With the camera capable of adaptive output signal adjustment according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention and a signal adjustment method for the same, signal transmission using cables that have different lengths can be performed by the electric signal of the cable connected to the driving unit being detected and an output of the driving unit being adjusted in accordance with the detected electric signal. |
