The present invention relates to an osteotome comprising: a handle unit (01) capable of checking directionality on an upper end; a blade unit (02) having a concave curved surface for stably draping across an upper portion of zygomatic arch for breaking in a lower end of the handle unit (01); and a guide unit (03) which is branch-formed on one side of the blade unit (02), and is inserted inside a groove of the zygomatic arch when breaking the zygomatic arch. The osteotome reduces operation time, has no danger to touch the peripheral nerves, is safe because the zygomatic arch can be accurately cut in the position and angle by plastic surgeons, and can symmetrically break both cheekbones. |
