SUBSEA PIPE HANDLING UNIT

A subsea pipe handling unit is disclosed. The subsea pipe handling unit comprises: a housing which is installed in a stack for outflow prevention installed in a sea bottom and has first and second openings in the top and bottom to allow a drill pipe to vertically penetrate the housing; and an iron roughneck which is installed on the inner side of the housing and allows the drill pipe to be connected and separated thereto/from, wherein the housing is installed in the bottom of the stack for outflow prevention to be loaded between the stack for outflow prevention and a wellhead connector. Therefore, the present invention reduces time and effort required for drilling work.
