The present invention relates to a screw tightening apparatus of a novel structure which comprises a feeder for supplying a screw nail (1) and a driver unit for mounting the screw nail (1) supplied by the feeder on a target object to minimize a moving distance and time of the driver unit to tighten the screw nail (1) to improve work efficiency, eliminates a need for a space for installing the feeder, and prevents the screw nail (1) from escaping while moving the driver unit on which the screw nail (1) is fixed. According to the present invention, the screw tightening apparatus mounts a screw nail (1) on a target object (3), and comprises: a support part (20) whose position is adjusted by a transport means (10); a feeder (30) which is mounted on the support part (20) to be moved forwards and backwards, and aligns the screw nail (1) to supply the screw nail (1); a forward/backward drive means (40) connected to the feeder (30) to move the feeder (30) forwards and backwards; a driver unit (50) which is disposed on the support part (20) to be moved vertically, and picks up the screw nail (1) supplied by the feeder (30); and a lifting means (60) connected to the driver unit (50) to vertically move the driver unit (50). Therefore, a screw is supplied to a lower side of the driver unit (50) while the feeder (30) is moved forwards and backwards to minimize a moving distance and time of the driver unit (50) to pick up the screw nail (1) to improve work efficiency. |
