The present invention relates to a method for forming a lining portion of a cylinder block for a piston pump and a piston motor, more specifically, wherein impurities having bubbles and pure melt copper are separated to form an excellent lining portion. The present invention relates to a method for forming a lining portion of a cylinder block, wherein a plurality of cylinder holes are formed in an upper portion of a cylindrical body, a core pin is installed in an internal side of each cylinder hole, and the core pin is installed in an internal side of the cylinder holes. Moreover, the method injects melt copper, removes the core pin, and further, forms the lining portion. |
