The present invention provides a beamforming apparatus which allows elements forming an aperture of a specific form among elements composing a two-dimensional transducer to transmit and receive an ultrasound wave to reduce complexity of a system, and an ultrasound probe and an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus including the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the beamforming apparatus comprises: a transmission unit to output a transmission pulse to drive a portion of elements composing a transducer array; and a transmission switch to select an element forming an aperture of a predetermined form to apply the transmission pulse to the element forming the aperture.
