The present invention relates to a sidewalk structure having water drainage and supply functions which supplies water to a garden in an apartment or in a typical sidewalk by comprising: a side walk upper plate configured to have a plastic bottom member having a plurality of holes in a matrix shape to smoothly drain rainwater; a base plate formed on the ground surface under the upper plate; and a reservoir tank to provide a smooth water drainage function due to a sidewalk structure having a drainage pipe in a specific diameter formed in both ends where the sidewalk ends and store rainwater or snow-melt water, etc. in the sidewalk structure. |
