The pump (1) has an elastic or flexible section (6) deformed by a cosmetic liquid (2) in the pump. The section is pre-stressed in an installed condition when the pump is not actuated. A manually actuated actuating element (32) deforms the section to the pump. A ventilation valve (45) is provided for a container (3) connected to the pump. A barrier (40) blocks an actuation of the actuating element, where the barrier has a barrier element (41) connected with an outlet region or a part of the pump by a film hinge, where the pump is made of plastic. |
