The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger to cool a fluid such as cooling water or oil and, more specifically, relates to a manufacturing method of a heat exchanger, which bonds a header of a core and an upper and a lower tank with a brazing rod to improve bonding strength and airtightness. The manufacturing method of a heat exchanger comprises the following steps of: preparing an upper and a lower tank; preparing a core; preparing an insertion unit and forming a brazing rod accommodating groove; inserting a brazing rod into the brazing rod accommodating groove; preliminarily coupling the upper and the lower tank and the core; and bonding the upper and the lower tank to a header. |
