A wearable device comprises: a communication module wirelessly communicating with a first external device; a motion sensor configured to sense motion of a user; and a control unit. The wearable device comprises the following steps of: collecting first motion data, generated by motion of a user, and transmitting the collected first motion data to the first external device; receiving first security level data and second security level data from the first external device; and receiving only the first security level data from the first external device when a wearing state of the wearable device is changed to a non-wearing state. Therefore, the present invention is to supply a smart band providing asymmetrical information of the body of a user by measuring motion of both arms of the user.
