The method involves computing a polynomial formed of a set of monomials for an element by determination of monomials whose degree is integer characteristic power through successive elevation of power element and determination of monomial whose degree is different from integer characteristic power based on determined monomials and degree is integer characteristic power through multiplication. An independent claim is also included for a device for computing a function of a finite characteristic body. |
