A method and an apparatus for determining an emergency report is disclosed. An apparatus for managing disaster information comprises: an information reception unit which receives disaster information from a communication terminal; an information analysis unit which analyzes the disaster information in at least one analysis method of preset image analysis, sound analysis, and text analysis; and a priority determination unit which generates priority information of sorting the analysis information in accordance with a preset criterion, and transmits the priority information to a disaster response device. |
