The present invention provides an industrial furnace having a low temperature oxygen enrichment device. The industrial furnace comprises: a main body having a space accommodating a product which is an object for a work; a burner generating heat by combusting a supplied fuel, and air to control a temperature inside the main body; and the oxygen enrichment device supplying oxygen into the main body. According to the present invention, the low temperature oxygen enrichment device is able to reduce fuel costs by controlling the amount of the supplied oxygen, and minimizes the amount of discharged nitrogen oxide. As such, the low temperature oxygen enrichment device is environmentally friendly, and is able to prevent a sudden change in temperature inside the main body as oxygen enrichment is performed while a low temperature is maintained. |
