The present invention relates to a path opening and closing device and a cooling device including the same, capable of opening and closing a path for a processing object moving to a container generating absorbing force inside. The present invention includes: a first operating unit across the container, which is at least partially placed in the container, and which controls the height of ascending and descending in an absorbing force generation direction according to the intensity of the absorbing force; and a second operating unit connected with the first operating unit by being at least partially placed in the path, and allowing the path to be opened and closed as the first operating unit ascends and descends. Therefore, the present invention is capable of opening and closing a path for return water according to an operation state of an absorbing fan of a return water cooling tower. In other words, the present invention is capable of increasing the efficiency of the cooling tower by controlling a supply amount of the return water, used to cool a variety of facilities, in response to the absorbing force of the absorbing fan. Moreover, the present invention is capable of reducing time to open and close a path, as compared to an existing manual valve blocking the supply of the return water, by opening and closing the path to make the return water immediately flow into the cooling tower as the absorbing fan is operated. |
