Disclosed are an electronic device having a key waterproofing structure, and a method for waterproofing a key. The key waterproofing structure of the electronic device comprises an insert-injected product including: an insert-injected sealing area insert-molded, and a bonding area having a silicon non-bonding unit formed therein. The method for waterproofing a key comprises the following processes: assembling a flexible circuit board through the silicon non-bonding unit of the insert-injected product bonded by insert-injecting a bracket and a silicon rubber; and bonding the silicon non-bonding unit.
