The present invention relates to a smart height-adjustable desk where: the height of the work plate can be easily adjusted to a standing working height and a sitting working height as needed by the user; a decrease in blood circulation and arthritis which can be caused when the user sits for a long time to work can be prevented; occupational diseases related to sitting at work can be prevented; the noise made while the height of the work plate is being adjusted; the movement of the desk is blocked when both leg units move differently; and the stability is increased. The desk of the present invention comprises: a work plate placed on the top of a desk frame; leg units combined with both sides of the desk frame; an elevation driving unit placed on the desk frame on the top of both leg units to elevate and move the leg units; an elevation control unit for controlling the operation of the elevation driving unit; and a control button for inputting a control signal of the user into the elevation control unit. The height of the work plate is adjusted to a standing working height and a sitting working height as needed by the user. A decrease in blood circulation and arthritis which can be caused when the user sits for a long time to work can be prevented. Thus, an occupational disease due to the working by sitting can be prevented. |
