PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and treatment regimen, particularly for a human subject, comprising administering an immunoconjugate targeting CD138 expression cell.SOLUTION: The invention provides a method for treating diseases associated with CD138 expression target cells comprising administering an effective amount of an immunoconjugate to a patient in need thereof. The immunoconjugate comprises at least one target agent targeting CD138 expression cells and at least one effector molecule. The target agent forms the immunoconjugate by binding to the effector molecule functionally. The effective amount is a permissible amount.SELECTED DRAWING: None
