"Biopsy gun with two-stage trigger" relates to an innovative item of equipment for withdrawing cellular material or a tissue fragment from a living being for the determination of a diagnosis, pertaining to the field of diagnostic medicine. The major drawback of biopsy gun models existing on the market is that it is necessary to use two hands in order to handle said guns, in addition to the fact that, owing to the deficiency in the actuation systems thereof, the physician encounters a degree of difficulty in using said guns, which translates into a greater risk of divergence and error when collecting tissue. In order to remedy this drawback, the subject matter of the present patent application, called a biopsy gun with two-stage trigger (1), has been developed, which is notable in that it has a structure such that it can be handled with just one hand, and is constituted on the basis of a rigid structure in which the upper portion (2) has a horizontalized rectangular prismatic form, with a grip (3) projecting down from the rear lower portion thereof. Surmounting the upper portion (2) there is a rectangular top cover (6) in which there is a rectangular viewer (32). |
