The device (10) is designed hose-shaped having an inside (41) and an outside (42) and has at least two hose segments (11, 11'), at least one drying stage (12, 14, 22) having an inside (43, 43') and an outside (44, 44'), and at least one liquid store (13, 21). The drying stage (12, 14, 22) is at least partially composed of a gas-tight and moisture-permeable material in such a way that moisture can be transported from the inside (43, 43') of the drying stage (12, 14, 22) through the gas-tight and moisture-permeable material to the outside (42) of the hose-shaped device (10).
