Provided is a manufacturing method of a lithium air secondary battery. The manufacturing method of a lithium air secondary battery includes the following steps: preparing a molybdenum oxide and a carbon structure; performing a ball-milling process to the molybdenum oxide and the carbon structure to pulverize and mix the molybdenum oxide and the carbon structure; and carburizing the molybdenum oxide with the carbon structure to manufacture molybdenum carbide. Therefore, a manufacturing process is simplified and manufacturing costs are reduced. In addition, the high reliable lithium air secondary battery with improved charge and discharge efficiency is obtained.
