PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel composition for treating bone loss in an individual.SOLUTION: There is provided a bone formative whole blood derived blood clot device (WBCD) for treating bone loss in an individual including an exogenous material for supplying (a) whole blood, (b) bone formative BMP and (c) calcium ion. The device is blood clot gel having homogeneity and cohesion force and malleability, and preferably has a configuration capable of being absorbed and injected by a syringe.
