摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide strength similar to a precast block and lower the possibility of leakage of steel due to bullion insertion such as a case of construction of the precast block when constructing an abutting part at a liner part of a molten steel ladle with castable.SOLUTION: Alumina magnesia castable 13 is constructed having flexure strength after firing at 1,000°C of 8 MPa or more by adding stainless fiber of 1.0 mass% or less and polyacrylic acid soda and sodium phosphate as a dispersant of 0.5 to 1.0 mass% as singe or total value with added water content of the alumina magnesia castable of 5 mass% or less to an abutting part 12a at a liner part 12 of a VOD ladle 11.EFFECT: Durability to thermal stress is enhanced and construction thickness is not increased. Additionally fluidity of alumina magnesia castable is enhanced, operation is enable in mixing time equivalent to conventional castable and casting integral construction becomes capable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
