PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation support device for, when a plurality of players operate a device such as electronic equipment, achieving operation support by performing the matching processing of mutual players such that the working efficiency of a whole operation suitable for a learning level or the like can be the most efficiently advanced in a dynamic manner from an operation state by each player.SOLUTION: An operation support device for providing an operation support guide application to each player is configured to enable each player to execute an operation support guide application by an information terminal owned by himself or herself, and to acquire the operation state or peripheral state of the player to speculate his or her learning level or learning willingness, and to dynamically provide an operation support method corresponding to the player under the consideration of a mutual action between players, in order to increase the efficiency of a whole operation. Thus, it is possible to enable the players to help each other, and to increase a degree of progress of the whole operation by performing the matching processing of the mutual players.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
