PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for selectively labeling a target membrane protein on a viable cell.SOLUTION: A method includes a process of reacting an acyl donor group represented by a catalyst compound represented by a general formula (I) and the following formula (III) Ar-X-CO-L-Fl (III) (In the formula, Ar represents an aryl group or a hetero aromatic ring group that may be substituted. Lrepresents a single bond or a bivalent linking group. Fl represents a marker group.
