PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater module which effectively conducts automatic local heating to a broad target area with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A heater module M includes: a first substrate 1; a second substrate 2 which is disposed facing the first substrate 1; a first electrode 3 formed on the first substrate 1; a second electrode 4 which is disposed on the second substrate 2 while facing the first electrode 3; heating members 5 which are discretely provided in a facing region R between the first electrode 3 and the second electrode 4 while contacting with one of the first electrode 3 and the second electrode 4; and a gap maintaining member 6 which maintains a gap G between the other of the first electrode 3 and the second electrode 4 and the heating members 5 in a non-compression state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
