PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer device by which a transfer image is not positionally deviated during image transfer, and a good finish on a rear end side of a recording medium after transfer can be obtained.SOLUTION: In a transfer device which sandwiches a transfer film 46 and a card K between a transfer roller 33 and a transfer platen 31 and forms an image on the card, a transfer film feeding amount is so controlled as to be more than a card transport amount during transfer processing, thereby further loosening a transfer film 46 on an upstream side from a card rear end, and a card transport amount is so controlled as to become more than a transfer film feeding amount during a period from end of the transfer processing until the card rear end reaches a peeling pin 34b, thereby dissolving loosening of the transfer film 46.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 |
