The present invention provides an apparatus of manufacturing a polyurethane foam board using cyclopentane which is an environmentally friendly foaming agent. According to the present invention, the apparatus thereof comprises: a nucleating agent emulsifying device (120), which is a fluorine-based nucleating agent, preparing ′emulsifiable nucleating agent emulsifying mixture′ by emulsifying a PF-5056 product of 3M Co. with polyol; a fluid mixing device (130) of receiving ′emulsifiable nucleating agent emulsifying mixture′ transferred at a high pressure of 100-120 bar in the nucleating agent emulsifying device, receiving a mixture of polyol, a foam stabilizer, and flame retardant in a polyol storage tank at low pressure pump (LP) 30-40 bar and at a high pressure of high pressure pump (HP) 100-120 bar at the same time, receiving a catalyst and water at a high pressure of 6-10 kg/cm^2 in an additive tank, individually, and forming ′reactive polyol mixture′ by mixing and kneading the ′emulsifiable nucleating agent emulsifying mixture′, a mixture of the polyol and foam stabilizer and flame retardant, the catalyst, and the water in a step conducted at a high pressure; and a mixing head (140) of injecting while causing a polyurethane reaction by receiving ′reactive polyol mixture′ discharged from the fluid mixing device (130), isocyanate transferred at a high pressure of 100-120 bar in an isocyanate tank (A), and cyclopentane transferred at a high pressure of 6-10 kg/cm^2 in a foaming agent tank (F). |
