A high-frequency excitation signal prediction method and device, the method comprising: obtaining, according to a received low frequency bitstream, a set of spectral frequency parameters ordered according to frequency magnitude; the spectral frequency parameters comprising low-frequency LSF parameters or low-frequency ISF parameters (101); of said set of spectral frequency parameters, calculating, out of some or all of the spectral frequency parameters, the spectral frequency parameter difference between every two spectral frequency parameters having the same position interval (102); obtaining from the calculated spectral frequency parameter differences the smallest spectral frequency parameter difference (103); determining, according to the frequency point corresponding to the smallest spectral frequency parameter difference, the initial frequency point for prediction of a high-frequency excitation signal from a low frequency (104); predicting, from the low frequency and according to the initial frequency point, the high-frequency excitation signal (105). By implementing the present embodiment, a high-frequency excitation signal can be better predicted, improving the performance of the high-frequency excitation signal. |
