PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor, a terminal apparatus and a program capable of improving the convenience relevant to the use of peripheral units.SOLUTION: The information processor includes: communication means; connection means capable of connecting to peripheral units providing means that provides a piece of characteristic information which includes a piece of connection target information for establishing communication with own processor to the external units via the communication means; and control means that controls the peripheral units connected to the connection means responding to an operation request which is transmitted from the external units with which the communication is established.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
