POLYOL COMPOSITION FOR RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING RIGID POLYURETHANE FOAM

This polyol composition for a rigid polyurethane foam contains at least a polyol compound and a blowing agent, and forms a rigid polyurethane foam in such a way that the polyol composition is mixed with an isocyanate component including a polyisocyanate compound and the resultant is foamed and cured. The blowing agent contains 1-chloro-3,3,3-trifluoropropene, and the polyol compound contains at least one selected from the group consisting of: polyetherpolyol P1 which includes an amino group-containing compound as an initiator and has at least one alkylene oxide adduct at the terminal thereof; and polyetherpolyol P2 which includes a Mannich compound as an initiator and has at least one alkylene oxide adduct at the terminal thereof. According to this polyol composition for a rigid polyurethane foam, it is possible to provide: a polyol composition for a rigid polyurethane foam, which has excellent stock solution storage stability even in the case where HFO-1233zd is used as a blowing agent, and in which curing failure is suppressed and deterioration of the physical properties of the polyurethane foam can thereby be suppressed; and a method for preparing the rigid polyurethane foam.
