PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such problems in offset sheet printing that while a method of spraying a powder to a printed matter surface is conventionally employed as means to prevent sticking or blocking, aggregates of the powder due to its excessive amount and depositing on a machine drop onto a printed matter or a reduced spray amount of the powder, so as to prevent troubles caused by an excess amount, causes other troubles, and to provide a printing ink composition capable of preventing sticking or blocking of a printed matter without spraying a powder to a printed matter surface, by incorporating resin particles (A) into an oxidation polymerization type lithographic printing ink.SOLUTION: A lithographic printing ink composition is provided, comprising resin particles (A), a binder resin (B), vegetable oil (C), and a petroleum solvent (D), in which the resin particles (A) are resin particles obtained by condensation polymerization of benzoguanamine (a1) and/or melamine (a2) with formaldehyde (a3).SELECTED DRAWING: None |
