PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize pertinent and quick pressure insertion of a plurality of hollow parts into a metal plate.SOLUTION: A pressure insertion device 1 comprises: a first transportation mechanism 10 transporting a metal plate 80 on which base holes 82 are formed so that the base holes 82 is positioned on a predetermined machining position; a second transportation mechanism 20, when hollow parts 90 comprising an axis part 92 on which penetrating hole 93 is formed along with axis direction in its center and a flange part 94 formed at periphery at one end side in axis direction of the axis part 92 is transported to the machining position in a state where the side of the axis part 92 faces to the metal plate 80, cancelling a held state of the hollow parts 90 so that the axis part 92 is inserted into the base holes 82 and the flange part 94 is engaged with periphery of the base holes 82; a pressure insertion mechanism 50 carrying out pressure insertion by pressing the flange part 94 engaged on periphery of the base holes 82; and a controlling part 70 controlling the first transportation mechanism 10, second transportation mechanism 20 and pressure insertion mechanism 50 to repeat their actions so that a plurality of hollow parts 90 are subjected to pressure insertion into the metal plate 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
