PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus having a display panel of a view finder including a substrate as a heat generation source, which has a heat dissipation structure capable of releasing the heat from the heat generation source to reduce the ambient temperature to thereby ensure the image quality by preventing the display panel from being subjected to an excessive heat.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus has a heat dissipation member which is disposed on the rear face of a substrate as the heat source within a view finder. The imaging apparatus also includes; a heat radiation sheet member which has a contact part in contact with a heat dissipation part; and the heat dissipation part which extends from the contact part in a direction separating away from the heat source in the body.
