PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing enamel wires, reducing a cost of manufacture, and free from the need of an annealing step.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing enamel wires 2 includes continuously performing an extrusion molding step of putting a parent material 10 into a half molten condition with a conform extruder 12 followed by extrusion molding a conductor 1 having a desired shape, a coating step of coating a coating material on the extrusion molded conductor 1 by a coating material coating part 14, and a printing step of printing a coating material on the conductor 1 with a coating furnace 15.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
