PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid detection cassette capable of automatizing amplification of a sample to the detection of an electrochemical reaction in the sample.SOLUTION: On a nucleic acid detection cassette, a predetermined syringe is pressed and a sample solution is supplied to an amplification part via a flow path, and the amplification part is heated from the outside to amplify a sample DNA in the sample solution. Therefore, in a detection part, to which the sample solution including an amplified product supplied to a detection part via a flow path, a hybridization reaction occurs. Subsequently, another syringe is pressed to supply an intercalating agent solution into the detection part via another predetermined flow path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
