a setting unit configured to set a security policy for the information processing apparatus; a determination unit configured to determine whether the printing control apparatus is connected in a case where setting of the security policy is activated; and a control unit configured to deactivate the setting of the security policy in a case where the printing control apparatus is connected, and configured to apply the setting of the security policy in a case where the printing control apparatus is not connected.
