Provided is a stacked body which maintains various properties of a non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery, and is capable of ensuring a high level of safety by inhibiting internal short circuits caused by damage to the non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery. This stacked body (10) is obtained by stacking, on at least one surface of a porous film having a polyolefin as a main component, a porous layer including fine particles. In a nail-penetration conduction test in which an N50 nail (2) as prescribed in JIS A 5508 is used to perform measurement under conditions in which the lowering speed of the nail (2) is 50 µm/min, the difference (test force during conduction - test force during insulation breakdown) between the test force of the stacked body (10) during conduction and the test force during insulation breakdown is at least 5 N, but not more than 50 N.
