A loudspeaker is provided with a diaphragm, a vibrating plate, a frame, a fitting part, and a fixing member. The frame has a front face, a mounting face on the side opposite the front face, and a wall surface disposed upright on the mounting face, the frame holding the outer circumferential edge of the diaphragm. The fitting part has: a pedestal part including a top side disposed facing the mounting face, an underside on the side opposite the top side, a first side face disposed facing the wall surface, and a second side face provided on the side opposite the first side face; a first pedestal rib projecting from the first side face toward the wall surface; a second pedestal rib formed projecting from the second side face and extending to the top side; and a locking part disposed on the underside of the pedestal part. The fixing member penetrates the frame from the front face through the mounting face and is screwed to the pedestal part. |
