According to the present invention, a display device comprises: a plurality of signal lines arranged in a display area of a substrate; and a pad structure located at a non-display area and connected to the signal lines, wherein the pad structure comprises a plurality of metal layers and an insulating film located between every two metal layers and having one or more contact holes which connect two adjacent metal layers to each other among the plurality of metal layers, and the contact holes of each insulating film do not overlap each other. Therefore, the display device obtains a sufficient design margin of contact holes, minimizes steps of the contact holes, reduces connection resistance, and prevents contact defects so as to improve reliability. |
