PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organization improvement activity support system capable of automatically and accurately proposing management measures fittest to an object organization without interposing any specialist.SOLUTION: The organization improvement activity support system includes: management measures information storage means 51 that stores, with respect to respective management measures, fitness level of management measures in which effect level to each of predetermined stress items is quantized, and histocompatibility in which the compatibility with each of predetermined characteristics of the organization is quantized; organization characteristics input means 52 that inputs a piece of information which represents characteristics of the object organization; fitness level calculation means 53 that, with respect to the respective management measures, calculates the fitness level by using the histocompatibility corresponding to characteristics of the object organization as a coefficient of the fitness level of the management measures corresponding to the respective stress items based on the stored fitness level of the management measures and the histocompatibility, the input information representing the characteristics of the object organization and the information of the stress items as improvement theme; and management measures presentation means 54 that presents recommended management measures based on the fitness level with respect to the calculated management measures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14 |
