PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a door sash which is prevented in the generation of rust, and improved in adhesion to a weather strip.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a door sash which is formed of one piece of a plate material has: a roll-molding process for forming a clearance S between plate materials which form a step part 12, and roll-molding an end periphery of the plate material which extends from a cylindrical part 13 so as to contact with the plate materials which form the step part 12; a press-processing process for press-processing an end part of the plate material, while pressing the clearance S, up to a position in which the end part does not protrude to a side to which a weather strip is fit by a face 111 of a superimposed part 11 at a side to which the weather strip 17 is fit, and a face 131 of the cylindrical part 13; and a welding process for continuously laser-welding the superimposed part 11 along a longitudinal direction of the door sash.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
