PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, a method for controlling the display device, a control program, and an electronic apparatus that can provide different types of information to users and suppress electricity consumption to improve a time for driving the electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: In an electronic apparatus 10, two operating circuit parts 100 and 200 with different processing capacities are connected to a driver circuit 420 via individual interfaces I/F(A) and I/F(B). The driver circuit 420 is designed to sequentially overwrite image data separately written from the operating circuit parts 100 and 200. Further, a predetermined image is displayed in a display panel 410 on the basis of image data generated by the operating circuit part 100. Moreover, a specific image involving continuous update or change is displayed in a specific region 416 of the display region of the display panel 410 on the basis of image data generated by the operating circuit part 200, and the operating circuit part 100 is set to be in an electric power saving mode during the display of the specific image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
