PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image provision system in which notification on provision of an image is appropriately performed from an image provision device to a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: A photograph seal creation device 1 transmits user information on a user performing a play to an image provision server 601 (S52). The image provision server 601 selects, on the basis of the user information transmitted from the photograph seal creation device 1, a notification method to be used for notifying a portable terminal 701 of information (S55 to S57).
