PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feedback pulse width modulator capable of reducing a conversion time while maintaining predetermined resolution when applied to an A/D conversion device, and capable of improving resolution in the case of an identical conversion time.SOLUTION: In a feedback pulse width modulator, which includes an integrator and a negative feedback path of an output signal, and is configured to change the pulse width of a pulse signal having a predetermined period, according to the magnitude of an analog input signal, the feedback pulse width modulator further includes an amplifier which amplifies a low frequency component of a difference between the analog input signal and the output signal fed back through the negative feedback path.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
