PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate selection of a desired partial structure from a compound model.SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 displays the 3D model of a compound on a screen 110 and receives a range designated for the 3D model of the compound based on an operation input from a user using an input device such as a mouse or a keyboard. The information processing device 100 extracts a partial structure including at least one atom in a selection range 111 from the 3D model of the compound. The information processing device 100 calculates, when a plurality of partial structures has been extracted, for each of the plurality of partial structures, the ratio of the number of atoms included in the selection range 111 of the partial structure to the number of atoms included in all the partial structures. The information processing device 100 assists the user to select a desired partial structure based on the ratio of the partial structure to each of the plurality of selected partial structures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
