PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reconfiguring the geographical configuration of a communication system such that power demands are locally balanced.SOLUTION: In a communication system having a plurality of geographically distributed network equipment and a network control device for controlling the network equipment, the network control device includes: a network device management part for managing the network equipment; a power demand prediction part for predicting power demands in each area, and for specifying an area deficient in electric power and an area with surplus of electric power on the basis of the predicted power demands; and an object movement part for moving an object from first network equipment in the area deficient in electric power to second network equipment in the area with surplus of electric power. The object movement part moves the object on the basis of the free capacity of the second network equipment and a gain which is obtained by the movement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
