摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing nanofiber capable of maintaining a Taylor cone stably to improve production efficiency.SOLUTION: A solution 25 obtained by dissolving a cellulosic polymer in a solvent is kept at a constant temperature in a range of 5°C or more and 40°C or less and discharged from a tip of a nozzle 13 to form a Taylor cone 44 at a tip opening 13a. By a power supply, an electric voltage is applied between the solution 25 and a collector to eject a fiber from the Taylor cone 44 to the collector as a spinning jet 45. By a blower tube 20, a cooling gas 43 at a constant temperature in a range of 5°C or more and 15°C or less is sent from a blow slit 21 between the blower tube and an outer peripheral surface of the nozzle 13 to a peripheral surface of the Taylor cone 44. Thus, it is possible to suppress evaporation of the solvent from the Taylor cone 44 and to suppress the occurrence of a liquid ball, the skin of which is formed by solidification of a surface.
