PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visibly check a lining concrete filling state in an upper surface part when lining concrete is placed on an inner space surface of a tunnel.SOLUTION: An auxiliary form apparatus includes: a slide form 100 movable in a tunnel extension direction on an upper surface part of a tunnel lining form; movement devices (a wire 51 and a hoist 52) for moving the slide form 100 in the tunnel extension direction; a photographing device 20 for photographing the state of filling an inner space surface of a tunnel with lining concrete; and a lighting unit 30 for illuminating an area in a photographing direction of the photographing device 20 with light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
