PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen producing technology realizing high performance hydrogen production even if hydrogen is produced by using plural cell stacks.SOLUTION: A hydrogen producing system 10 comprises: plural cell stacks 12 provided in a reaction container 11 and producing hydrogen by making water vapor 50 flow into and using high temperature water vapor electrolysis; a first passage 13 guiding the water vapor 50 to each of cell stacks 12; a second passage 14 making feed gas 51 composed primarily of air flow into the inside of the reaction container 11; and a flow rate adjusting unit 17 provided at an inlet of the water vapor 50 and adjusted so that the flow rate of the water vapor 50 flowed into each of cell stacks 12 becomes equal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
